Translate This Site

We do want people from all over Europe to be able to inform themselves about the dangers of software patents. You can help us by bringing texts of this site in your language in line with changes of the English language version.

From time to time we will alter texts of this site to reflect current developments in the field of software patents. Usually, it will be the English language version that is first brought up-to-date. Texts in other languages will then be flagged with an orange notice at the top of the text that they have not yet been updated.

When a text in your language is outdated and the corresponding Eglish version is not, you can help by translating changes. Just read the English version and compare it with the version in your language. When you find differences in a paragraph, translate the changes. If you think, a text needs improvement (including the English version), we'd also be happy to receive your suggestion along with a short foundation.

There are two ways to send in your translation. Either simply leave the translation on our Digital Majority forum (use the comment link at the bottom of the changed text), or send your mail to "nsp-parl at ffii dot org". Please do not forget to let us know if now the complete text is up-to-date or just the paragraphs you sent us. This allows us to decide, if we can drop the out-of-date warning at the top of the text.
